About Me


Hey guys, I'm Paul a 19-year-old Vietnamese-Australian who works as a Personal Trainer in Western Australia. I grew up learning martial arts; a few years of Tae Kwon do as a kid, a year of Wing Chun Kung Fu achieving a Dark Brown sash, months of training in boxing, MMA, BJJ and 4 years in Muay Thai Kickboxing.

In September 2010, I pursued the career of a personal trainer and thus went on the journey to achieve my dream body.

The purpose of this blog is to share, track and view my progress as I transform myself. And to share my experiences and new knowledge as I go through this journey. I am still new to bodybuilding and personal training, so don't be a hater - if I have posted something that is wrong or your disagree with let me know, add your comments, give me tips and advice. I'm always trying to improve myself, my knowledge and the people around me! You may wonder why or how someone new to bodybuilding is a personal trainer, well the answer is I don't know everything there is to know about fitness but I know enough to get you in shape and get you the results you want.

I'm new to blogging, so if you have any suggestions to make my blog better or want me to write about something let me know and feel free to ask questions.
